Abstract

Abstract

 

Purpose: This community service activity aims to provide Islamic parenting guidance to parents and educators as a preventive measure against violence against Early Ghildhood in school environment.

 

Method: The methods used in this program include outreach, educational sessions, interactive discussions, and parenting guidance based on Islamic values that emphasize love, setting a good example, and positive communication in raising children. The program targets parents and early childhood education teachers within the school community.

 

Practical Applications: The program was implemented through Islamic parenting training in the form of seminars, discussions, and mentoring sessions for parents and early childhood education (PAUD) on non-violent parenting. These activities instilled the values of love, positive communication, and setting a good example in raising children, thereby creating a safe, comfortable, and child-friendly school environment conducive to early childhood development.

 

Conclusion: The results of the activity indicate that participants’ understanding of the various forms of child abuse, the negative impact of abuse on children’s psychological development, and the importance of applying Islamic parenting principles in creating a safe and comfortable educational environment has improved.
