The following requirements must be met by the author:

The author retains copyright and grants the journal the right of first publication of the manuscript, simultaneously granting a license under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License which allows others to share the work provided they attribute the work and acknowledge its initial publication in this journal.
Authors may enter into a separate, additional contractual arrangement for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s rich-text version (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), provided that the initial publication in this journal is acknowledged.
