Abstract
Internet membuat pengembangan jejaring sosial dengan beberapa aplikasi. Masalah-masalah sosial dalam dunia nyata juga turut merambah ke dalam dunia virtual ini. Masalah prostitusi yang menjadi sisi hitam dalam masyarakat nyata, kini mulai bergeser ke dalam masyarakat cyber. Artikel ini membahas untuk mempelajari bagaimana dan apa saja media komunitas prostitusi online ditengah komunitas virtual dan juga menafsirkan pemahaman hukum dari hal tersebut. Metode memutus yang kami lakukan menentang studi literatur dan analisis media. Media yang digunakan oleh komunitas prosttusi online yaitu situs web, media sosial, dan aplikasi. Undang-undang yang terkait dengan komunitas prostitusi online yaitu Undang-undang RI No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, Undang-Undang RI No.44 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pornografi,.
