Abstract

Abstract

This paper aims to develop the IPS (Social Sciences) module as an effort to maximize student learning outcomes, especially in the Social Sciences subject. The development of the Social Sciences module aims to make it easier for students to achieve predetermined competency standards. This writing uses a library research method with a qualitative analysis approach. The result of this article is that the development of the social studies module is an alternative to overcome the limitations of learning time due to the complexity of the material. IPS modules can be developed with various interesting, interactive, effective and efficient innovations. The development of the social studies module is very useful in generating enthusiasm for learning in students, if the enthusiasm for learning increases, student learning outcomes also increase.
