Abstract
Artikel ini membahas urgensi penerapan neurorights (hak-hak neuro) dalam Pemilu sebagai upaya demokratisasi pemilihan, dengan studi kasus pada fenomena algorithmic bias di media sosial selama Pemilu Indonesia 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana bias algoritma dalam kampanye digital dapat melanggar hak asasi manusia generasi keempat, khususnya kebebasan kognitif, integritas mental, dan privasi data otak. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis kualitatif terhadap data survei pemilih serta konten media sosial. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan algorithmic bias dalam kampanye digital Pemilu 2024 telah melanggar prinsip neurorights dan mengurangi kualitas demokratisasi pemilihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manipulasi informasi melalui algoritma bias berpotensi mengganggu otonomi pemilih, memengaruhi keputusan politik, dan mengurangi kualitas demokrasi. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penguatan kerangka hukum neurorights dan pengawasan etis terhadap teknologi neuro untuk melindungi hak pemilih.
