PEER REVIEW PROCESS

MARDIBASA: Jurnal Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia follows a double-blind peer-review policy, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the evaluation process. Reviewers do not know the identities of the authors, and authors do not know the identities of the reviewers. Articles are reviewed based on the journal’s guidelines and the quality of the submitted manuscript.

For articles that require revision, a further review will be conducted to ensure that the quality of the revised manuscript meets the journal’s standards and is suitable for publication. The article review process is systematically conducted as follows:

1. Submitted articles will be acknowledged within 12–24 hours of receipt.

2. The article will be sent to reviewers for evaluation. The review process will take a maximum of 10 working days.

3. After completing the review, the reviewer will submit the review report to the Executive Editor.

4. The Executive Editor will forward the review report to the author, along with information regarding the publication requirements and necessary revisions.

5. If the article is accepted subject to revision, the Executive Editor will send an official request to the author to revise the manuscript within 7 working days.

6. The author must revise the manuscript and resubmit it through the Open Journal Systems (OJS). The revised manuscript will then be reviewed again by the reviewer. If the revised manuscript does not meet the journal’s requirements, it will be rejected.

7. Articles that are accepted will proceed to the online publication process.

8. The Executive Editor will send a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to authors whose articles have been accepted for publication.

9. After the article has been published online, the Executive Editor will notify the author and provide the link to the published article for download or access.

10. The journal will be published in print form within one to two weeks after the online publication.
