INFORMATION
The paper will be published in Al-Tadris : Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Arab after the peer-reviewed process and decided as “Accepted” by Editor.
Manuscript content should, in general, be organized in the following order: TITLE; AUTHORS' NAMES; AUTHORS' AFFILIATIONS; ABSTRACT; KEYWORDS; INTRODUCTION; METHOD; RESULTS AND DISCUSSION; CONCLUSION; ACKNOWLEDGMENTS (optional); and REFERENCES. Please follow the template
Manuscripts submission should be adapted to the following guidelines (Please read carefully and make an adaptation to the format and the style accordingly):
INTRODUCTION
The introduction section should present the background, research context, and findings from the literature review. It provides an overview of the substance of the manuscript in accordance with the research topic, as well as the theoretical and practical rationales underlying the preparation of the manuscript. The section should explicitly and concisely state the direction, purpose, objectives, novelty, and significance of the manuscript. It should also provide a brief description of what has previously been conducted or discovered by other researchers, followed by a clear explanation of the research problem to be investigated.
RESEARCH METHODS
The research methods section should present, in paragraph form, the research paradigm, approach, research design/type, data sources, data collection techniques, and data analysis procedures actually employed by the researchers. The use of supporting instruments, such as tables and diagrams, should be accompanied by appropriate references or explanatory notes.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The results section should present the findings of the analysis that are relevant to the research questions. Each research finding must be discussed comprehensively. The discussion should explain the meaning and implications of the findings and compare them with relevant theories and/or findings from previous studies.
CONCLUSION
The conclusion section should present the research findings in the form of answers to the research questions or a synthesis of the main points of the discussion. The conclusion should be presented in paragraph form. The Conclusion should not simply reproduce or copy the discussion section. It should also explain the contribution of the research to education or learning. At the end of the section, recommendations should be provided as a basis or reference for future research.
Acknowledgments
Authors may acknowledge individuals, institutions, communities, interview participants, research assistants, or other parties who contributed to the research but do not meet the criteria for authorship. Example: The authors thank all interview participants for their valuable insights and the institutions that facilitated the research process.
Author Contribution Statement
Berisi penjelasan tentang kontribusi para author dalam dalam menyusun atau melakukan penelitian.
Funding Statement
Authors must state the source of research and publication funding. If no funding was received, use: The authors received no funding from any party for the research and publication of this article.
Declaration of AI Usage
Authors must disclose the use of artificial intelligence tools in preparing the manuscript.
Example:
The authors used ChatGPT to assist with language editing and grammar checking. All generated content was reviewed, revised, and verified by the authors, who take full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the manuscript.
If no AI tools were used, state:
No artificial intelligence tools were used in the preparation of this manuscript.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, professional, or personal interests that may influence the research. If no conflict exists, use: The authors declare no conflict of interest.
Data Availability
Authors should state whether and how the data supporting the findings can be accessed. Example: The data supporting the findings of this study are available in [repository name] at [URL], reference number [reference number]. Where data cannot be shared because of ethical, legal, confidentiality, or participant-consent restrictions, authors should clearly explain the limitation.
The references used should consist primarily of primary sources, particularly research articles published in academic journals or research reports, including undergraduate theses, master’s theses, and doctoral dissertations. For citation and reference management, authors are required to use reference management software such as Mendeley or Zotero.
The composition of the citations or reference list should consist of 80% journal articles, while the remaining 20% may come from books or other relevant sources. The manuscript should include a minimum of 30 references, with at least 30% of the references coming from international journals.
The reference list must also include citations of at least three articles published in Al-Tadris.
